Delicious Cheese Ball

Not to be cheesy, but it's just as the name says! A delicious cheese ball you won't be able to get enough of. Works as a large cheeseball, mini, bite-sized balls for a charcuterie board or even as a spread if you want to save a few steps!

Ingredients
  

Cheese Ball Filling

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 5 oz. Old English Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 small jar)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Bleu Cheese Dressing
  • Onion minced, to taste

Topping

  • 4 oz. Walnuts chopped
  • Parsley finely chopped, optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the cheese ball filling ingredients together.
  • Next form into a large ball, or alternatively, mini bite-sized balls. Then chill.
  • Roll in nuts or chopped parsley and serve with your favorite crackers.

Notes

TIP: This cheese ball also works great as a spread if you wish to skip steps 2 & 3.
