Combine all ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. The batter will be thin.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. (Or bake a 9-inch round like I did for our monster cake and freeze the rest of the batter.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. (Baking time will be a little shorter for a 9-inch round.)
