Caramel Peanut Butter Dip
Ingredients
- 30 Caramels
- 2 tbsp Water
- ¼ cup + 2 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Peanuts finely chopped
Optional Toppings
- Toffee Bits
- Chocolate Chips
- Shredded Coconut
To Serve
- Apple Slices
- Pretzels
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl, warm the caramels and wate ron high for 1 minute, then stir.
- Microwave 1 minute more or until smooth.
- Next, add the peanut butter and mix well. Microwave for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Finally, stir in the finely chopped peanuts and any additional, optional, toppings.
- Serve warm.

To assemble, first sandwich some of the dip between two pretzels. Next, dip the caramel peanut butter pretzel sandwich into melted chocolate and top with toffee bits. (To make the chocolate, simply melt chocolate chips or baking squares with a small amount of coconut oil in a heat-proof bowl or double boiler.)
