I have a 3-year-old Basset Hound named Walter. He has been featured in a couple of social media posts, just hamming it up for the camera. Around our house we call him Walt. Even our 10-month-old daughter yells out, “Wauullltt!” when he trots into a room. There are times when Walt drives me nuts (like really nuts!), but then he flashes those big sad Basset Hound eyes at me and I just fall in love with him all over again.
