Merry CHRISTmas From Bronner’s Silent Night Chapel!

As we enter the Christmas season, we extend warmest of greetings from Bronner’s CHRISTmas Wonderland in Frankenmuth, Michigan to you and yours for a very Merry Christmas.

Silent Night Chapel In Frankenmuth Michigan During Winter

We would normally gather together inside the serene Chapel, on Christmas Eve, to celebrate and reflect on the love of our Lord and Savior shared through one of the world’s most beloved CHRISTmas hymns, Silent Night.

We wanted to be able to continue this beloved tradition began by our founder Wally Bronner. But because of the challenges of current conditions for a second year, we have opted to bring you this special Sing-Along, virtually.

Bob Spletzer of the Bronner family is your host, sharing the story of the world’s most beloved Christmas hymn and the memorial chapels erected in its honor.

Sing-Along To Silent Night

Sing-along, with lyrics in English and German.

First Verse:

Silent night, holy night!
All is calm, all is bright.
Round yon Virgin, Mother and Child.
Holy infant so tender and mild,
Sleep in heavenly peace, Sleep in heavenly peace

Second Verse:

Silent night, holy night!
Shepherds quake at the sight.
Glories stream from heaven afar
Heavenly hosts sing Alleluia,
Christ the Savior is born! Christ the Savior is born

First Verse, German Lyrics:

Stille Nacht, heilige Nacht
Alles schläft; einsam wacht
Nur das traute hochheilige Paar.
Holder Knabe im lockigen Haar,
Schlaf in himmlischer Ruh! Schlaf in himmlischer Ruh!

Fourth Verse:

Silent night, holy night!
Son of God love’s pure light.
Radiant beams from Thy holy face
With dawn of redeeming grace,
Jesus Lord, at Thy birth, Jesus Lord, at Thy birth

Thank you, John! We certainly missed hosting an in-person “Silent Night” sing-along at the chapel Christmas Eve day.
