I live in a house full of Disney’s Frozen. Do any other parents relate? I’m talking about 24-7 Frozen music, dresses, hair … the works. The movie was first shown to our 3-year-old daughter this past May. It’s been non-stop Frozen Fever since. It’s rare to catch my daughter not in her Elsa costume, running around the house singing “Let it Go.”
Frozen has connected with hearts young and old since 2013. Both kids and adults were excited to hear the news of Disney bringing Frozen back to life with Frozen 2 coming November 22. Working at a Christmas store made me wonder, “How can I create a Disney Frozen Christmas in my home?” Turns out, it’s a lot easier than I thought, plus my kid will be thrilled to live in a Frozen Wonderland come December! ❄️

The Cold Never Bothered Me Anyway
Bring on the snowflakes, icicles, and snow! Frozen is based upon a lot of… well, frozen things. That means bringing cold elements of winter inside. Snowflakes hanging from the ceiling. Blue icy tinsel wrapping around the mantel. Snow crystal trees glistening in the light and a Let It Snow sign taking center stage.

A Disney Frozen Christmas must have hues of blue, taking on the same look and feel of Elsa’s iconic blue dress. Let your tree glisten with blue, teal, silver, and purple.

This wouldn’t be a Disney Frozen Christmas without some of the main characters present! Elsa and Anna ornaments dance upon the Christmas tree. Olaf can be found as a nutcracker on the mantle or as a cookie jar waiting to be opened under the tree.

An Eternal Winter … Everywhere
Olaf may want to enjoy the summer, but I made sure there are as many winter elements as possible to create this Disney Frozen Christmas!

The more snowflakes … the better! Elsa wouldn’t have it any other way!

We must not forget about the ice castle Elsa built upon the north mountain to escape the raging storm inside of her. I made sure this was a part of the Christmas tree, connecting Elsa’s story to the whole room.

Frozen 2 will be here before we know it and something just as wonderful – Christmas! Countdown to Santa’s big arrival with this Disney Frozen 2 Holiday Countdown Calendar.

Santa came early and tucked under the tree as many Disney Frozen Christmas gifts as he could! Books, coffee mugs, cookie jars, and more!

Parts of this Disney Frozen Christmas display can also be used for a Frozen Birthday Party. Use the blue tinsel on a staircase with white snowflakes scattered around. Make the Olaf nutcracker the kitchen-table centerpiece accented with glistening fake snow and white tinted pine trees. There are endless possibilities to bring a Frozen Winter Wonderland into your home!
Merry Frozen Christmas!
